Great range and prices. Struggled to find somewhere that was a one stop shop. Glad I stumbled across this store and having a local click and collect is a great bonus.

Who this racket suits
One of the most recognisable padel rackets ever made. The Pro Cup is Miguel Lamperti's original NOX mould, and NOX have described it as a best seller "ever since its launch". The Coorp is the classic version: round head, big central sweet spot, smooth faces, and a retro finish for 2027 that nods to Lamperti's first racket.
How it plays. Control first. The round head and HR3 EVA core keep the ball on the face long enough to place it, and the sweet spot is large and forgiving — Padel.FYI called an earlier ML10 Pro Cup "one of the easiest rackets to learn the game on". Padelful's review of the previous (2025) version scored it 9.0 for control and 8.8 for sweet spot, against 7.8 for power. That is the honest summary: it rewards placement and patience, and it will not win you points with flat smashes from the back.
What's new for 2027. Very little under the skin, which is the point — the shape, HR3 core, aluminised fibreglass faces and carbon frame carry over. The changes are cosmetic: a retro design recalling Lamperti's original Pro Cup. The Smartstrap wrist cord with its replaceable cord is still fitted. Note that the Pro Cup does not get the VCS anti-vibration system from NOX's Luxury rackets.
Where it sits. The Pro Cup Silver is the same racket lighter, and the Pro Cup Rough adds textured faces for spin on slices. The Equation Soft is NOX's other round racket for improvers, and Lamperti's ML10 Ventus Control 3K is his carbon racket. In stock now, compare the adidas RX Series, a round fibreglass control racket.
Is this the racket for you?
- Yes if you are buying your first proper racket, or you are an intermediate player who wins points with control and consistency.
- No if you want to win points with flat smashes from the back. One caution on feel: NOX describe the Pro Cup as soft, but one European retailer's lab measured it at the firmer end of their scale, so players with sensitive elbows should treat it as medium rather than plush.
Specifications from NOX's 2027 product page, the catalogue supplied by the Australian distributor and European retailer listings, checked 9 Oct 2026. Review findings are for the 2025 Pro Cup, which shares this mould and build; independent reviews of the 2027 version had not been published when this page was written. The 360–375g weight is the figure European retailers list; NOX publish none. Ratings are quoted from the sites named; we have not court-tested this frame ourselves.
