The terms that apply when you order from us.
Prices
All prices are in Australian dollars and include GST. Shipping is shown separately and disclosed before payment.
We may change prices at any time. The price that applies to your order is the one shown when you place it.
Where we display a comparison or "was" price, it is based on a supplier-confirmed Australian recommended retail price, and we record the source and the date we verified it. Where we don't hold one, we show the selling price alone.
Orders
Your order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we dispatch. If we can't fulfil an order — because of a stock or pricing error, for instance — we'll contact you and refund you in full. An obvious pricing error does not oblige us to sell at that price, and we'll always tell you rather than quietly cancel.
Stock
We do our best to keep availability accurate. Occasionally an item sells out between your order and our picking it. If that happens we'll contact you promptly with the options.
Product information
Specifications are taken from the manufacturer and we record the source and the date we checked. Manufacturers occasionally revise specifications without notice, and racket weights vary by around ten grams either side of the stated figure — this is normal and is disclosed on every product page.
Product artwork on this site is currently technical diagrams generated from published specifications, clearly labelled as such, pending supplier-authorised photography.
Payment
We accept the methods shown at checkout, including buy-now-pay-later providers. Those providers have their own terms, which apply to your arrangement with them.
Returns and your rights
See returns, warranty and your rights. Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any right you have under the Australian Consumer Law.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law and without limiting your consumer guarantees, our liability for a product is limited to replacing it, supplying an equivalent, or refunding it.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia.
