About us
These terms are between you and Markey Group Investments Pty Ltd, ABN 57 670 386 893, trading as Australian Padel Shop, c/o Priceline Pharmacy, Shop 81, Pacific Fair Shopping Centre, Broadbeach QLD 4218.
Prices
All prices are in Australian dollars and include GST. Shipping is shown separately and disclosed before payment. We may change prices at any time; the price that applies to your order is the one shown when you place it.
Savings and price claims
Where we display a comparison or "was" price, it is based on a supplier-confirmed Australian recommended retail price, and we record the source and the date we verified it. Where we do not hold one, we show the selling price alone. Price-position statements refer to everyday advertised prices at Australian retailers, verified by our daily price tracker with records retained; competitor sale and clearance prices are not included in that comparison.
Orders
Your order is an offer to buy, which we accept when we dispatch. If we cannot fulfil an order — a stock or pricing error, for instance — we will contact you and refund you in full. An obvious pricing error does not oblige us to sell at that price, and we will always tell you rather than quietly cancel.
Stock and pre-orders
Our stock levels update with every order, so the site does not sell items we do not hold. If something does go wrong with an item before it ships, we will contact you promptly and you can choose a swap or a full refund. Pre-order items are paid for when you order and dispatched when the stock arrives. The product page shows the expected dispatch date, and we will email you if it changes. You can cancel a pre-order for a full refund at any time before it ships. If your order also includes in-stock items, we send those straight away and the pre-order follows when it arrives, at no extra postage cost.
Product information
Specifications are taken from the manufacturer and we record the source and the date we checked. Manufacturers occasionally revise specifications without notice, and racket weights vary by around ten grams either side of the stated figure — this is normal and is disclosed on every product page. Product photography is supplied by the brand or its Australian distributor, or taken by us. Colourways can vary slightly between batches; where a product comes in assorted colours we say so on the product page.
Payment
We accept the payment methods shown at checkout, including credit and debit cards, PayPal and digital wallets such as Apple Pay, Google Pay and Shop Pay. Any buy-now-pay-later option shown at checkout is provided by a third party under its own terms. We never see or store your full card number.
Shipping, returns and your rights
Our Shipping policy and Refund policy form part of these terms. Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any guarantee, right or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law and without limiting your consumer guarantees, our liability for a product is limited to replacing it, supplying an equivalent, or refunding it.
Age
Customers under 18 need a parent or guardian to complete the purchase.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia.
