We don't have customer reviews on this site yet, and we would rather say so than fill the gap with something we invented.
When we do add them, the rules are already set. Every review will come from a verified purchase, and we publish the lot — including the unhappy ones, with our reply underneath. We won't seed reviews, import them from elsewhere, buy them, or quietly bury the bad ones. A store that competes on price lives on trust, and curated praise isn't trust.
In the meantime, judge us on the things you can actually check: how we price, the returns policy, the specifications on every product page with their source and the date we verified them, and dispatch you can set a watch by.
