Google reviews. The homepage and our reviews page quote a few reviews from our Google Business Profile, word for word, with each reviewer's first name and initial as Google shows it. The rating and review count beside them are read off Google and updated by hand, so they can lag Google by a few days. Every review, good or bad, is on our Google profile.
Product reviews. We ask customers for product reviews through Judge.me after their order. We publish the lot — including the unhappy ones, with our reply underneath. We don't seed reviews, buy them, or quietly bury the bad ones. A store that competes on price lives on trust, and curated praise isn't trust.
And judge us on the things you can check for yourself: how we price, the returns policy, the specifications on every product page with their source and the date we verified them, and dispatch you can set a watch by.
