Order online, pick it up at the counter. Free, and it means there's a real place to walk into if something isn't right.
How it works
- Choose Click & collect at checkout instead of a delivery method.
- We'll email you as soon as your order is ready.
- Collect from Priceline Pharmacy, Pacific Fair Shopping Centre, Broadbeach QLD 4218.
- Bring your order confirmation email and photo ID.
When it'll be ready
Order between 9am and 5pm on a weekday and it will be ready within three hours. That's a promise, not an estimate — where the stock is on hand, three hours is the number.
Click & collect runs seven days a week, during Priceline Pharmacy Pacific Fair's trading hours. Outside that weekday 9am–5pm window we'll still get your order ready as fast as we can, but we don't promise three hours on a weekend or in the evening — so we won't pretend to.
Either way, wait for the email that says it's ready rather than the order confirmation. That's the one that means you can come and get it.
As we get established we'll be working to bring that down to two hours, seven days a week.
Someone else collecting for you
Fine — reply to your confirmation email with their name, and they'll need their own photo ID plus a copy of the confirmation.
Returns in person
Anything bought from us can be returned at the same counter, whether you collected it there or had it delivered. Bring the item and your order confirmation. See returns and warranty for what applies.
