We don't offer an express option. One standard Australia Post service, free over $99, plus same-day click & collect at Pacific Fair — we'd rather dispatch quickly than sell you a faster label.
All prices on this site are in Australian dollars and include GST. Shipping is calculated and shown before you pay — you will never reach the payment step and discover a cost you weren't told about.
Dispatch
Orders placed before 1pm Australian Eastern Standard Time on a business day are dispatched that day. Orders after the cut-off, on weekends or on Queensland public holidays are dispatched the next business day.
You'll get a confirmation email when you order and an Australia Post tracking number when the parcel leaves us.
Delivery estimates
The times above are Australia Post estimates, not guarantees. Once a parcel is with Australia Post it is in their hands, and weather, peak periods and remote destinations all affect transit. If something appears stuck, contact us and we'll chase it with Australia Post on your behalf.
We ship within Australia only. We do not currently ship internationally.
Click and collect at Pacific Fair
Choose click & collect at checkout and pick your order up in person from Priceline Pharmacy, Pacific Fair Shopping Centre, Broadbeach QLD 4218. We'll email you when it's ready. Bring your order confirmation and photo ID.
Collecting in person also means you can return it in person if it isn't right, which is faster than posting it back.
If something arrives damaged
Contact us within a reasonable time with a photo and we'll sort it out. A product damaged in transit is not a change-of-mind return — you are covered by the consumer guarantees set out on our returns and warranty page.
