- When you order — name, email, phone, delivery address and order details.
- When you pay — payment is processed by our payment provider. We do not receive or store your full card number.
- When you subscribe — your email address, and only if you actively opt in.
- When you browse — standard analytics such as pages viewed and approximate location, used to understand how the site is performing.
Why we collect it
To process and deliver your order, to handle returns and warranty claims, to answer your questions, to meet our legal and tax obligations, and — only with your consent — to send you marketing.
Who we share it with
Only the parties needed to run the business: our payment provider, our delivery carriers, our email platform if you've subscribed, and our ecommerce platform. We do not sell your personal information to anyone.
Marketing
We only email you marketing if you've opted in. No pre-ticked boxes, ever. Every email has a one-click unsubscribe and we act on it immediately.
Your rights
You can ask us what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it — subject to records we're legally required to keep, such as tax records. Email hello@australianpadelshop.com and we'll respond within a reasonable period.
Cookies
We use cookies to keep your cart working between pages and to measure site performance. You can block cookies in your browser, though the cart won't work properly if you do.
Security
We take reasonable steps to protect your information. No online service can promise perfect security, and we won't pretend otherwise — but payment details never touch our systems.
