The coach referral programme
This is the whole offer, and it is already running rather than being planned.
- You get your own trackable discount code — your name, your code.
- Your player gets 5% off anything they buy with it.
- You are paid 5% of what they spend, tracked automatically and reconciled monthly.
- No minimum, no lock-in, no stock to hold, nothing to pay for up front, and no admin at your end.
It exists because coaches are the people actually being asked what to buy, and they should not have to answer that for free while a retailer takes the margin. If you coach and want a code, email us and we will set one up — it takes about five minutes.
Running a social group?
Same mechanism. A Tuesday night, a work ladder, a regular four — email us and we will set up a group code for your players, plus a heads-up when we clear end-of-line stock. Nothing for you to administer and nothing for you to sell.
Where we fit alongside your club
Every club pro shop buys through its own wholesale account, which means it goes deep on one or two brands rather than wide across the market. Which brands depends entirely on the club — around Australia you will find adidas, Bullpadel, Head, Wilson and StarVie clubs, and plenty that do not publish what they carry at all.
If the brand your player wants is the one on your wall, sell it to them. They get to pick it up and hit with it before they pay, and no website can compete with that. We are not trying to take that sale.
We range the five that most club shops don't: Babolat, NOX, Siux, Tecnifibre and Dunlop — with the manufacturer's full specification published on every frame, so you can compare shape, weight, balance, core and face material properly instead of guessing.
Between a club pro shop and this site a player can get to more or less any racket made. Start wherever the brand you want lives.
Sending someone to a racket we do not sell is not a loss. Recommending the wrong one is.
What we can't do for you
Worth saying plainly, because plenty of suppliers will imply otherwise and then go quiet.
- We are not going to be your ball supplier. Clubs buy balls through their own wholesale account at a carton price we cannot match. Buy your balls where you buy them.
- We have no demo rackets. We would love to run demo days. We are not set up for it and we are not going to advertise one we cannot deliver.
- There is no pro shop and no showroom. We are online only, run out of Broadbeach, with a free collection counter at Pacific Fair Shopping Centre. Real place, real people, no wall of rackets to walk past.
