NOX NextGen Pro Hybrid 12K NFA Series 2026 Padel Racket

The NOX NextGen Pro Hybrid 12K NFA Series is the versatile racket in NOX's NFA range, named after the NOX Future Academy, where the brand's young prospects train. It weighs 360–375g, with a 12K carbon face, NOX's multilayered MLD Black EVA core and the Dual Spin face texture (3D relief with a sandblasted finish). NOX pitch it at intermediate and advanced players, rate its touch intermediate-hard and describe power and control that adapt to different playing styles. It went on sale in June 2026, after NOX's main 2026 launch.

How it plays. Padelful rates it 8.4/10 (September 2026): control 9, power and rebound 8.5, manoeuvrability and sweet spot 8.1. Its write-up praises a deep, controlled bandeja, stable volleys under pace and predictable play off the wall, and lists a smaller sweet spot off centre, late blocks that lack easy depth and flat smashes that take effort. Padelguru, which summarises published reviews rather than playing the racket, scores it 7.9/10: firm, stable volleys and bite on the víbora, with power that has to come from your swing and a stiff face that can bother a sensitive elbow.

What NOX don't publish. NOX give no shape, balance or profile for this racket. NOX's 2025 catalogue lists its predecessor, the NextGen Pro Hybrid 3K, as a 38mm teardrop, and the review sites list the 12K as a teardrop too, so that is what we show. Against the 3K, NOX's data shows a 12K face instead of 3K, the MLD core instead of HR3, and an Anti Vibration System of rubber pieces set into the frame. We have not flagged it arm-friendly, because NOX rate the touch intermediate-hard.

Where it sits. For a bigger sweet spot and quicker handling, step up to Edu Alonso's EA10 Ventus Hybrid or the AT10 Genius 18K Alum. The 2027 Ventus Hybrid 12K Lite is a lighter 12K teardrop, on pre-order. Teardrops from other brands at the same level: the softer Siux Diablo Elite 6 and the Tecnifibre Curva Speed.

Is this the racket for you?

• Yes if you are an improving intermediate or a fast-developing junior moving into a carbon racket, you play both attack and defence, and you swing fast enough to make your own power.
• No if you want an easy, cushioned feel (the AT10 Genius 12K Alum Xtrem Lite), or if you want the racket to add pace to your smash (the AT10 Genius 12K Alum Xtrem).
