Order by 1pm AEST on the date for your state below and your parcel should beat Australia Post's Christmas cut-off. Left it late? On the Gold Coast, click & collect at Pacific Fair is the safe option, and a gift card arrives by email. Orders placed from 1 November to 24 December can be returned until 31 January.
Order-by dates, from the Gold Coast
We dispatch from Broadbeach with Australia Post, the same business day for orders placed before 1pm AEST. These dates leave one business day of margin before Australia Post's published Parcel Post send-by date from a Queensland metro area, which includes the Gold Coast.
| Delivering to | Order with us by 1pm AEST | Australia Post send-by date |
|---|---|---|
| Queensland | Monday 21 December | Tuesday 22 December |
| NSW, ACT, Victoria and South Australia | Friday 18 December | Monday 21 December |
| Tasmania | Thursday 17 December | Friday 18 December |
| Western Australia | Wednesday 16 December | Thursday 17 December |
| Northern Territory | Friday 11 December | Monday 14 December |
Australia Post's dates are for metro areas, and Australia Post says they give the best chance of on-time arrival. Regional and remote addresses need extra time, so order a few business days earlier than the date for your state.
If you're not in a hurry, order in November. Australia Post gets busier and slower through December, for every retailer.
Gold Coast: click & collect
Choose click & collect at checkout and pick up from the Priceline Pharmacy counter inside Pacific Fair. It's free, with no minimum order. Orders placed during the pharmacy's trading hours are ready within three hours (usually within the hour), seven days a week; wait for the "ready" email before you head over. Collection follows the pharmacy's trading hours, so check the click & collect page in the week before Christmas.
Full 24-can cartons of balls are click & collect only, so if a club or a group of friends is buying a carton, plan on collecting it.
The gift card works up to Christmas morning
Our digital gift card comes in $25, $50, $100, $200 and $500 and is sent by email, so there's no delivery date to worry about. It also solves the hardest problem in padel gifting: choosing someone else's racket.
Pre-orders and Christmas
Most NOX 2027 rackets are on pre-order to ship in early November. The AT10 Pro Cup Soft and Hard are due in December, so don't count on them arriving before Christmas.
If your order mixes a pre-order with in-stock gear, the in-stock items ship straight away and the pre-order follows when it lands, at no extra postage. You can cancel a pre-order for a full refund any time before it ships.
If you're thinking of a racket as a present, read the section on whether to buy one in our padel gift guide first.
Returns on Christmas presents
You can shop early without the gift running out of return time. Orders placed from 1 November to 24 December can be returned for change of mind until 31 January 2027, or 30 days from delivery if that's later. The usual conditions apply: unused and in the original packaging, and a racket unhit, with its grip wrap and film still on. Faulty items are covered regardless, under the Australian Consumer Law.
Stocking fillers that always get used
Balls, overgrips, a frame protector and wristbands are the consumables every player goes through and puts off buying:
