Why width matters more than it looks. A wristband's job is to stop sweat reaching your grip, and a wider band simply holds more before it saturates. On a humid Gold Coast evening a standard band can be soaked through by the second set; a jumbo buys you the rest of the match. That's the entire case for it.

The trade. More material means more warmth and more bulk around the wrist. Some players find a jumbo interferes with wrist action on the volley, and if that's you the standard Logo Wristband is the same idea in a narrower band for a couple of dollars less.

Composition. 92.7% polyamide, 6.7% elastodiene, 0.6% polyester. Terry construction gives it the looped absorbent surface, while the synthetic blend dries faster between sessions than cotton would.
