The accessible half of Juan Lebrón's signature pair — the same name on the throat as the Viper, built to be a great deal easier to play with.

Two sources disagree about this racket, and you should know that before you buy. Babolat's own copy pitches it at "intermediate and competitive players with an offensive playing style" and leads with POWER. The one independent review we could find says close to the opposite: that it's lighter and more comfortable than the 2025 model, that smashes and aggressive volleys lose some of their impact, and that competitive players chasing maximum force may end up frustrated. The reviewer's conclusion was that it suits intermediates who value consistency over aggression.

We think the reviewer has it right, and we'd rather sell you the racket that actually turns up. If you want Babolat's power in Lebrón's colours, the Viper Soft Juan Lebrón is the frame you're after and it costs $90 more for a reason.

What it's good at. Smoother control through a rally, and a frame that doesn't demand early preparation the way the Viper does. It's the one to pick if you're stepping up to a signature racket and don't yet have the technique to survive a diamond every point.

The construction. The face is CarbonFlex — a woven carbon and fibreglass blend rather than pure carbon. It's more forgiving and less explosive, which is exactly the trade this racket is built around. 360g at a 270mm balance, 38mm profile.

On head shape. Babolat does not publish one for this model, and we're not going to invent it. Its stablemate the Technical Veron 3.0 is described by Babolat as a diamond; whether this frame shares that mould isn't stated anywhere we could verify.
